Kylie Minogue complete name Kylie Ann Minogue was born on 28th May 1968. The Australian singer and occasional actress came into the limelight with the Tv soap Neighbours. The singer has sold around 65 million records across the globe. Kylie Minogue has had one of the most successful careers as a performer in pop music. She is the only female performer who holds the record for the highest ticket sales for an Australian tour.

Career in Films

Kylie Minogue entered the film world in 1989 with The Delinquents. The movie coincided with the success of her Tv serial Neighbours. The film was a commercial success even though the film and Kylie's performance received poor reviews. In 2001 Kylie Minogue featured in Moulin Rouge. In 2002 Kylie Minogue provided her voice for the character Florence in the animated movie The Magic Roundabout. The movie was however released in 2006.
