Britney Jean Spears better known to the world as Britney Spears was born on 2nd December 1981. Britney Spears has done it all she is a songwriter, author, actress, dancer and pop singer. She came into the limelight with her songs like I'm a Slave 4 U, Oops!...I Did It Again and ...Baby One More Time.

Britney Spears debut album was Baby One More Time in 1998. In 2004 she married Kevin Federline, an aspiring rap artist and later gave birth to their son Sean Preston. In 2006 Britney Spears gave birth to their second son Jayden James. It was 2 months after the birth of Jayden James that Britney Spears filed for divorce from Kevin Federline.

Career in Acting

Britney Spears appeared in the film Crossroads. The film had a decent opening in the first week but later on slipped. The film was blasted by the critics and the Britney got the Razzie Award for Worst Actress.

Britney Spears has made cameo appearances in Longshot and Austin Powers in Goldmember. Britney Spears has featured as the host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live twice. At the age of 18 Britney Spears had become the youngest person in the history of SNL to be host and the musical guest at the same time.
